Maintaining hotel policy guarantees a peaceful and safe stay for all guests
We ask that all guests read and familiarise themselves with the policies of the hotel.
1. Check-in Policy
For registration and check-in each guest is obliged to present a valid identity document.
Only registered guests are accommodated in the hotel and are allowed in the hotel rooms.
Any other guests are welcomed ONLY in the hotel lobby.
Check-in: after 14:00.
Check-out: before 12:00 midday.
Early check-in (before 14:00) and late check-out (possible until 15:00) are dependent on availability.
If required, this service must be confirmed with Reception in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.
2. Policy on the right to refuse access to services
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the following circumstances:
* To any person who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, displays aggressive behavior or fails to uphold proper etiquette.
* In case of refusal for payment.
* Where there are intentions to use the hotel for illegal purposes.
* Persons attempting to bring in: an illegally possessed firearm, explosives, dangerous or toxic substances, or anything which is deemed illegal to possess or which may pose a danger to other people.
3. Policy of prohibitions
The following actions are prohibited on the hotel property:
* Prostitution and solicitation of sexual services.
* Use, possession or distribution of drugs and toxic substances.
* Any and all activities deemed illegal on the territory of Bulgaria.
* Any unacceptable behavior which disrupts public norms or affects the safety of other guests or employees.
Any guest found in violation of hotel policy, who exhibits aggression or shows disrespect to employees or other guests or is involved in any inappropriate activities, may be asked to leave the hotel without the right to a refund.
The hotel also has the right to notify the competent authorities as necessary.
4. Parking
The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces, which are provided free of charge for use by hotel guests.
Parking is subject to availability and parking spaces are not guaranteed for each guest.
The maximum number of parking spaces per room is one.
Users of the hotel car park do so at their own risk and the hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft to vehicles or their contents.
5. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel building, including all rooms and common areas. This includes the use of heated tobacco or e-cigarettes. For guest comfort there is a main smoking area in front of the main entrance to the hotel and we also offer several rooms where smoking is permitted outside on the balcony.
Anyone found violating the smoking policy will be subject to a cleaning charge of EUR 100.
In case of activation of the hotel’s fire alarm system due to smoking in the building, the person responsible will incur a charge of EUR 200.
6. Pets Policy
The hotel operates a strict NO PETS policy. Anyone found in violation will face a fine of EUR 100.
7. Noise Policy
The law in Bulgaria states that loud noise is prohibited between the hours of 14:00 and 16:00 and 22:00 and 08:00 with fines imposed for violations.
In addition to this, to ensure the comfort of everyone, we ask all guests to be mindful of other guests and nearby residents. Please keep noise to a minimum and to avoid gathering where noise may disturb others.
Any guest found to be creating excessive noise or disturbance to other guests may have their stay terminated without the right to a refund and / or a fine of EUR 100.
8. CCTV Policy
In order to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, the hotel is monitored by CCTV which is installed in all public areas. (not guest rooms)
The recordings will only be used when necessary and are kept and stored in accordance with the law for the protection of personal data information.
By using our services, guests acknowledge that the hotel uses CCTV for safety and security purposes and accepts that they will be recorded while on the premises.
9. Policy for using appliances, flammable materials / fireworks
The safety of our guests, staff and this hotel is extremely important to us.
The use of electrical appliances in the room, such as a heaters, irons, cookers etc. is strictly prohibited.
Ironing is only possible in the designated areas – information is available at reception.
The preparation of food in guest rooms using any type of cooking equipment, is prohibited.
If damage occurs due to a violation of this policy, the guest is responsible for covering the full cost of any special cleaning, repairs, or replacement of lost or damaged items.
10. Weapons Policy
Carrying weapons of any kind on these premises is prohibited.
Guests violating this policy rule will be asked to leave the hotel.

Any items found in guest rooms following check-out will be kept at the hotel for a period of ten days. After which, they will be disposed of or destroyed.
12. Hotel property Policy
All hotel property, including linens and amenities, is intended for use within the hotel only and are not to be removed from the premises.
The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of yourself, your guests, and any other persons you permit on the hotel property. Any damage to the room, its furnishings, fixtures, or the hotel’s property, including but not limited to stains, broken items, or damage to equipment, will be charged in full to you. This includes the full costs for special cleaning, repairs, or replacement of lost or damaged items. This includes damage caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
Damage discovered after check-out will be subject to a triple price fee.
