2. Commercial Discounts
Long-stay discount: 10% discount for bookings with a minimum of 3 nights.
Early bird discount: 5% discount for reservations fully paid by November 01, 2026.

IMPORTANT (Combining discounts): Both discounts are cumulative and applied simultaneously (totaling 15% discount) if the reservation meets the conditions for both.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment for the reservation is required within 3 days after its official confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Penalty Policy
Free cancellation: Available until November 01, 2026.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made after November 01, 2026, are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount.
No-show: A penalty equal to 100% of the paid amount will be retained.
